Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead the organization in building strong international partnerships, fostering innovation, and ensuring sustainable performance across all divisions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:Develop and execute GHEN’s strategic plans aligned with the organization’s vision for innovation and global expansion.Identify new markets, services, and partnership opportunities.Oversee organizational growth initiatives to strengthen GHEN’s global brand presence.Operational Excellence:Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of 50+ employees across multiple locations.Ensure efficient operations, effective communication, and goal alignment across all branches.Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure success and drive accountability.Partnership Development:Build and maintain strategic partnerships with international universities, institutions, and stakeholders.Represent GHEN at global education fairs, conferences, and industry events.Marketing & Brand Growth:Drive marketing and branding strategies that position GHEN as a global leader in student recruitment.Champion digital transformation, innovative marketing campaigns, and student engagement initiatives.Governance & Reporting:Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to provide updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.Ensure compliance with local and international education regulations and ethical standards.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in the overseas education or student recruitment industry.Proven expertise in strategic marketing, business growth, and partnership management.Strong track record of driving innovation and leading diverse teams.Excellent communication, decision-making, and people management skills.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to lead a fast-growing organization with a global vision.Dynamic work environment fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
