Client Relationship Executive

We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join our team and lead impactful campaigns with excellence! If you enjoy building client relationships, managing projects, and working with creative teams to deliver great work we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Actively develop business opportunities by understanding client needs and identifying growth potential. Proactively respond to client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill them. Work closely with clients to understand challenges and develop effective strategies. Manage projects end-to-end, from planning to execution and delivery. Establish new and innovative delivery methods to exceed client expectations. Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Prepare regular reports on KPIs, performance, and client feedback. Ensure proper documentation of all client communications, contracts, and approvals. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in client servicing, advertising, marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage complex campaigns and multiple clients. Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills. Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
