WORKSPACE is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and talented "Business Development Executive" for the Furniture Hardware Supplies division.Job Description:Generate leads and close sales with new customersIdentifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sellassist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotasSchedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customersIdentify and establish contact with potential customers and close dealsBusiness-to-Business Sales and Key Accounts Executive executes technical sales strategies and business plans and identifies new business avenuesShare reports and sales or marketing plansBuilding and managing customer relationshipsEffective mapping of assigned territory and being up to date on competitor product range.Requirements:1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in Building materials, furniture fittings, lighting solutionsExperience in outdoor sales within KSAWith KSA Driving LicenseWith good customer relationships with kitchen manufacturers, joinery, and contractorsAble to prioritize duties under minimal supervisionDynamic, result-focused, go-getter with a positive attitudeUAE construction-related project knowledgeExcellent verbal communication and negotiation skills to secure sales and maintain relationships with customers
