You will play a key role in expanding revenue by promoting complementary products and services, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the internal sales team to deliver value-driven solutions.Candidates with a solid background in outbound sales—especially in B2B environments—will thrive in this dynamic and growth-oriented position.Roles & Responsibilities:Identify potential cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolioDevelop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersPromote YCS solutions tailored to the needs of existing clientsWork closely with internal sales and product teams to customize offeringsConsistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIsMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify business opportunitiesMaintain detailed records and provide regular reporting on sales activities and progress to managementKey Competencies for the Role:Strong consultative selling and negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities in both Thai and EnglishGoal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targetsAbility to understand customer needs and translate them into business opportunitiesSelf-driven and proactive with strong organizational skillsCollaborative team player with a problem-solving attitudeRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field2–8 years of experience in outbound/B2B sales; prior experience in cross-sales is an advantageMust have laptop with proper internet connectionProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsFluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)Knowledge of the hospitality or SaaS industry is a plusWillingness to travel within the assigned region as required
