Change & Communications Manager

The Change & Communications Manager will facilitate the adoption of system transformation programs, ensuring employees are equipped and prepared to transition to new operational methodologies effectively. This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the implications of system and process changes on personnel and operations, producing effective training and communication strategies to drive engagement and support.Main Responsibilities:Identify and analyze stakeholder groups affected by changes.Develop customized engagement strategies for stakeholder support.Manage stakeholder relationships proportionate to program complexity.Establish a change management strategy for the project.Design clear communications that articulate the motivations and logistics of changes.Collaborate on building training strategies that enhance user capabilities.Key Requirements:Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale ERP and manufacturing, particularly SAP S/4HANA.Ability to craft end-to-end change strategies encompassing engagement and training.Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership coaching skills.Expertise in training strategy development and execution.Analytical approach to assessing adoption metrics and feedback.Nice to Have:Experience with greenfield IT deployments.Facilitation skills in cross-cultural environments.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Proficiency in PowerPoint and written communication.Other Details:Start: ASAPDuration: To June 2026 + option for extensionWorkload: FulltimeLanguage: Fluent in Thai and EnglishLocation: Bangkok, Thailand
