Key Responsibilities:Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and market research.Actively hunt for leads and potential clients to expand the company’s business portfolio.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by understanding their business challenges and offering our products or tailored solutions.Present and promote our HRMS products effectively to various stakeholders, including decision-makers and business leaders.Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales or Business Development — experience in IT Software or HRIS solutions is a strong advantage (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fieldStrong communication and presentation skills — able to explain technical solutions in a simple and compelling way.Proven track record in selling HR products; experience handling B2B Software clients is a big plus.Highly motivated “hunter” with a strong drive for results — not just maintaining accounts, but creating new opportunities.Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.Willing to work fully on-site in Tebet, South Jakarta.
