Role: Business Development InternBrand: FabTopsNg x Luxe by FabTops Location: Omole / Berger Axis, Lagos Type: 1-Year Hybrid Internship (NYSC Members Only)About the RoleWe’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our growing team at FabTopsNg and Luxe by FabTops.This role is ideal for a serving NYSC member who is passionate about fashion, brand growth, and partnerships, and is looking to gain practical experience in a creative and fast-paced environment.You will work closely with the Creative Director, contributing to business expansion efforts, partnership development, and brand visibility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend creativity with strategy while learning directly from industry professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of business growth strategies. Assist in identifying and onboarding potential partners and retail collaborators. Coordinate influencer and brand activation activities. Maintain and update client and partnership databases. Participate in the planning and execution of pop-ups, fashion exhibitions, and brand events. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities. Assist with brand content ideas, reporting, and administrative follow-ups. Report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with the Growth & Partnerships team.Who You AreA serving NYSC member seeking hands-on experience in the fashion industry. Based around Omole, Berger, Magodo, Ogba, or Ikeja environs (proximity is essential). Passionate about fashion, business development, and creative collaborations. Possess strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. A proactive learner with initiative and attention to detail.Duration & BenefitsInternship Duration: 1 Year (aligned with NYSC program) Work Structure: Hybrid – 4 days a week Allowance: ₦50,000 – ₦70,000 (based on experience and performance) Opportunity to learn directly from the Creative Director and brand leaders.
