Sorveo is building an AI-powered security intelligence platform that transforms traditional CCTV into proactive, fraud-focused, real-time video analytics. Our goal is to help organisations detect incidents before they escalate.We’re preparing for our commercial pilot in early 2026 and are looking for a Business Development Lead (AI CCTV) to spearhead customer acquisition and partnerships across Nigeria.What You'll DoDrive adoption of Sorveo across hotels, estates, retail chains, logistics firms, and banksIdentify and engage high-value prospects and decision makersLead product demos and coordinate deployment requirementsManage the entire BD cycle — from prospecting to proposal to closingSupport pilot customers and collect feedback for product improvementBuild partnerships with CCTV integrators, security firms, and channel partnersContribute to Sorveo’s go-to-market strategy and commercial roadmapIdeal Candidate3–7+ years in Business Development or SalesExperience in CCTV, access control, security systems, surveillance tech, or enterprise SaaSStrong network in one or more key sectors (hospitality, estates, retail, logistics, banking)Confident engaging C-suite and senior operations/security leadersProven track record of closing B2B dealsEntrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive base + strong commissionEquity options (meaningful ownership in Sorveo)Opportunity to shape the commercial side of an emerging AI-tech startupGrowth path into Head of BD / Commercial Lead as we scale
