This is a part-time, performance-centered leadership role for someone who combines professional credibility with authentic empathy - someone ready to open doors, build partnerships, and bring the voice of our customers into every stage of growth.You’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate cross-functionally to expand our impact while keeping Bakás’ human-centered DNA intact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead B2B Growth: Identify, pursue, and close corporate and institutional partnerships that align with Bakás’ mission and wellness vision.Engage the Community: Host Bakás in value-adding events, talks, and partnerships that generate leads, strengthen relationships, and expand brand presence.Shape Strategy Through Insight: Support strategic business development by bringing customer and partner insights into product and program development conversations, ensuring our offerings remain human-centered and relevant.What We’re Looking For5–10 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or strategic sales, ideally in wellness, HR, education, or purpose-driven consumer brands.Established network and credibility with corporate decision-makers or organizational leaders.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial, proactive, and deeply aligned with Bakás’ mission of promoting mental health awareness.CompensationCompetitive monthly base (part-time)Commission per closed deal and performance incentivesFlexible schedule and direct collaboration with the founding teamWhy Join BakásAt Bakás, you won’t just sell a product - you’ll grow a movement.
