The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating business opportunities, conducting thorough market research to understand trends and customer needs, and building and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves strategic planning, collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives, and providing world-class customer service to ensure client satisfaction.QualificationsProficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation for identifying and pursuing business opportunities.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships.Excellent Analytical Skills for strategy development and interpreting market data effectively.Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership in driving team efforts towards business goals.Proven experience of leading a team.Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with financial training and consulting industries is a plus.
