We are looking for a high caliber to join our team as "Sr. Business Development Specialist""Business Development" will play a key role in driving growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities., work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored learning and development solutions that meet their objectives.Responsibilities• Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.• Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their learning and development goals.• Present offerings to clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients, negotiating terms as needed.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide informed and strategic recommendations to clients. • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network.• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the learning and development industry.• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.if you are interested, please apply or send your CV to talent@skillsbankme.com
