Job OverviewThe Senior Specialist Business Development is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market development initiatives. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with technology partners, and expanding FEDIS’s footprint in the digital transformation and cybersecurity sectors.The role combines strategic relationship management with proactive business development — creating and executing partnership strategies that generate revenue, enhance product offerings, and support the company’s overall growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new partnership and business opportunities across public and private sectors.Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s client base and service portfolio.Build and manage strategic alliances with technology providers, system integrators, and channel partners.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential partners and growth opportunities.Lead contract negotiations and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual value creation.Track and report pipeline progress, revenue impact, and partnership performance metrics.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to promote FEDIS solutions and brand visibility.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 3–5 years in business development, partnership management, or B2B relationship management, preferably within technology, digital services, or information security sectors.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Deep understanding of digital solutions, digital signatures, and cybersecurity market trends.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging C-level stakeholders.Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.Why Join UsAt Fixed Misr (FEDIS), we are building Egypt’s digital future through secure, innovative, and reliable digital services.
