Senior Contracting Executive (Tourism)

We are hiring Senior Contracting Specialist (Tourism) with the following job description:Key Responsibilities:Negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, car rental agencies, and other travel suppliers.Ensure favorable terms and conditions, competitive pricing, and added value for the agency’s clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, both locally and internationally.Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team ,& operation team to ensure contracted services align with customer needs and marketing strategies.Provide training and support to internal teams on new products or changes to existing contracts.Manage any emergency situations with suppliers (e.g., overbooking, service failures) and find prompt solutions.Job Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a contracting role within the travel industry preferred in OTAProven track record of successful contract negotiations with suppliers.Strong understanding of the travel industry, including trends, pricing models, and channel manager.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).If you are interested, please send me your updated CV to may.awaad@travware.com
