Find and Recruit Creators (50%)Research, find and build a database of ideal creator profiles (e.g.,cosplayer, streamers, VTubers, lifestyle influencers, etc.).Directly contact creators and recruit them to be on GankNegotiate agreements or contracts with creators for long-term partnership.2. Onboarding Creators on Gank (30%)Support creator activate account on Ganks and help them start earning.3. Manager Outsouced Huntor Supporter TeamBuild an outsource team including 2-3 members to find more qualified creators and onboarded creators on GankRequirements:• Salary: negotiable• 2-5 years of experience in the Creator industry, such as working with Cosplayers, Livestreamers, VTubers, Gamers, Lifestyle Influencers etc• Understand the creator economy and its monetization models (donations, memberships, digital content etc)• Speak and write English well is a bonus• Sales and negotiation skills for recruiting Creators
