Business Development Manager - Game Production

Responsibilities Expand high quality supplier resources for game art production in Southeast Asia and European/American regions. Research on game art outsourcing in Southeast Asia and Europe/America, and use data driven research reports to support decision making. Evaluate and assess the qualifications and team capabilities of local game art suppliers; establish long-term partnerships with qualified suppliers. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier onboarding, contract signing, order execution, and delivery tracking. Maintain strong collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers to maintain the company's reputation. Collect and analyze the operation data, support colleagues and assist supervisors in achieving team goals.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above; fluency in both Chinese and English for professional communication with colleagues in China. 3+ years of experience in game production, project management, or art outsourcing/business development. Basic understanding of procurement compliance and legal regulations; preference for candidates with game art production skills. Passionate about the gaming industry.
