Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industry segments.Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and renewal targets.Conduct solution-based selling by understanding customer requirements and positioning tailored cloud solutions.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and account growth.Support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.Provide market insights and business intelligence to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.Qualifications / Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in B2B solution / consultative selling (e.g., IT services, software solutions, business consulting, or other complex service-based fields). Proven experience in selling customized solutions is essential. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consultative environment. Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into business value. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client partnership-building skills.Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
