In Grab, purpose gives us joy and habits to build excellence, while harnessing the power of Technology and AI to deliver the mission of driving Southeast Asia forward by economically empowering everyone, with heart, hunger, honour, and humility.Get to Know the RoleYou'll report to the Sales Manager, Grab for Business (Malaysia), based onsite at our First Avenue OfficeYou'll manage a portfolio of Malaysia companies, using data-backed insights to achieve revenue goals, and ensuring client satisfaction.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformClient Acquisition: Identify, source, and acquire corporate clients across various industries and segments in Malaysia.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of deals, actively tracking performance against sales targets.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with GrabGifts stakeholders to develop solutions that meet corporate needs, build lasting client relationships, and drive upselling by addressing pain points and offering tailored support.Product Expertise: Establish a solid understanding of the GrabGifts product, its value propositions, and capacity for creating bespoke solutions for corporate clients.Data Analysis & Strategy:Perform in-depth data analysis of target markets, pipelines, and business using tools like Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to develop account-specific growth strategies, position GrabGifts as a category leader, and present data-driven deal reviews and pipeline forecasts to align with business goals and ensure a healthy pipeline.QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will NeedBachelor's DegreeMinimum of 3 or more years of experience within (direct client-facing role) in Malaysia, such as HR Tech, Marketing, Ads / Adtech, Gifting or Media solutions.Self-driven and motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environmentProficiency in using CRM tools (E.g.
