We help schools, universities, healthcare facilities, corporate campuses, stadiums, airports, and other large venues keep people safe and informed through intelligent, multi-channel notification systems (audio, visual, mobile, SMS, and more).We are building our sales team and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager who can own both inbound and outbound business development efforts and help us scale across key sectors.Role OverviewAs the Remote Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities from first touch through qualified opportunity. You will manage inbound leads, build and execute outbound campaigns, support marketing initiatives, and help shape our go-to-market strategy with leadership.This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable prospecting, experimenting, iterating, and partnering closely with senior leadership to refine target sectors, accounts, and partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound & Outbound Pipeline GenerationQualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and the website.Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts across priority sectors (e.g., education, government, healthcare, sports/entertainment venues, corporate campuses).Run multi-touch outbound sequences via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate meetings and demos.Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently meet or exceed activity and opportunity targets.Sales & Marketing CollaborationWork directly with leadership to define ideal customer profiles, target segments, and priority accounts.Collaborate with marketing to design, execute, and optimize campaigns (email sequences, webinars, conferences, digital campaigns, etc.).Provide feedback on messaging, collateral, and campaigns based on real-world conversations with prospects.Help develop and refine sales playbooks, talk tracks, and outreach templates.Partnership & Channel DevelopmentIdentify, engage, and support potential channel and distribution partners (e.g., integrators, security firms, AV partners, distributors).Manage ongoing partner relationships, coordinate joint outreach, and track partner-originated opportunities.Work with leadership to structure partner programs and co-marketing efforts.Process, Tools & ReportingOwn accurate CRM hygiene: logging activities, updating opportunity stages, and keeping account data clean and current.Track metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign performance.Suggest improvements to tools, processes, and workflows to make outreach more effective and scalable.QualificationsMust-Haves5+ years of B2B SaaS/Software business development, sales development, or inside sales experience (inbound + outbound).Proven track record of prospecting, booking meetings, and generating qualified opportunities for a sales team.Experience working with AI sales/marketing tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable talking to decision makers.Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment where processes are still being built.Nice-to-HavesExperience selling into one or more of the following: K–12 schools, higher education, healthcare, government, critical infrastructure, stadiums/arenas, or large corporate campuses.Background in mass communication / notification, safety/security technology, SaaS, communications, AV, or related fields.Prior experience working with or managing channel partners/integrators.What We OfferFully remote role.Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus/commission.Opportunity to work directly with founding leadership and have a real voice in strategy, sectors, and go-to-market approach.High-impact role in a mission-driven company focused on protecting people and enhancing safety in critical environments.Growth opportunities as Audiebant's US business expands.How to ApplyIf this sounds like you, please send:Your resume or LinkedIn profile, andA brief email or cover note describing your relevant experience and one example of a successful outbound or inbound campaign or initiative you’ve led.Please use the subject line: “Business Development Manager – [Your Name]” and send your application to our hiring team at hello@audiebant.com.
