This is a hybrid role with flexible work-from-home options.As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analysing business requirements, defining and improving processes, and ensuring Salesforce solutions align with strategic goals. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable insights, optimise workflows, and enhance system efficiency. Operating in an Agile/Scrum environment, you'll contribute to iterative improvements and drive digital transformation.
