The role translates enterprise-wide HR strategy into actionable, measurable plans that drive workforce productivity, cost efficiency, and cultural transformation. It ensures consistent consulting standards, builds leader capability, and embeds data-driven decision-making in collaboration with HR COEs, HR Operations, and People Insights.ExperienceKnowlegde/Experience:8–10+ years progressive and transformational HR experience in a complex organisation(s).Of which at least 3 years as a generalist or strategic people partner to one or more dedicated client areas, supporting key clients at a senior management level within the organisation3–5 years leading teams (ideally HRBP or SPP teams) in complex environmentsMust have proven experience in the building and maintaining of key client relationships at senior management and executive level within an organisationProven experience in the leading, planning and managing of multiple change HR initiatives/tasks/processes/project deliverables across a dedicated client area/areasExperience in leading general HR processes and procedures as a business partner, including org design, ER/IR, performance management, career development reward governance, and transformation.Strong understanding and exposure to of HR systems, governance, and risk managementCommercial and financial fluencyGeneral management practices and principlesPeople management practices and principlesQualifications (Minimum)Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology Qualifications (Ideal Or Preferred)Honours Degree in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology KnowledgeSkillsCommercial Thinking Skills Decision making skills Facilitation Skills Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills Leadership Skills Strategic Thinking Skills Conditions of EmploymentClear criminal and credit record Capitec is committed to diversity, applications to this position will strictly be considered in support of our employment equity goals.
