By integrating genetic science, precision nutrition, AI-driven health dashboards, and personalized wellness programs, Eternell empowers individuals to live longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our Holistic Longevity vertical in the UAE market.  Key Responsibilities Market Penetration & Sales: Identify, approach, and onboard clinics, diagnostic labs, wellness centers, and hospitals to adopt our Holistic Longevity solution. Drive B2B sales of genetic testing kits, supplements, and subscription services to healthcare facilities. Cross sell and Upsell products and solutions to other facilities that may become partners to Eternell Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, genetic counselors, lab technicians, and administrators. Act as a solution consultant to healthcare clients by offering product demos, training sessions, and after-sales support. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key industry players to create partnerships in the longevity, genomics, wellness, and healthcare tech sectors. Explore regional alliances to scale outreach and enhance credibility. Product & Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of trends in longevity science, nutrigenomics, precision health, and personalized wellness. Provide inputs to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement and regional adaptation. Target Achievement: Define quarterly and annual sales targets and drive efforts to exceed them. Create monthly reports and business intelligence dashboards to track progress Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in longevity, wellness, genomics, or healthcare tech sectors. Proven track record in B2B healthcare sales and building strategic partnerships. Strong understanding of genetic testing, supplementation protocols, and digital health platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Must have worked in UAE or GCC market in similar jobs and bring in clients  Why Join Us? Be part of a revolutionary movement in personalized longevity healthcare. Work in a cutting-edge ecosystem at Dubai Science Park. Collaborate with visionary leaders, doctors, and scientists in a high-growth sector. Opportunity to build a future-ready healthcare business model.  Application Process: If you are ready to be a part of the next big wave in healthcare and longevity, send your updated resume to: 📩 hr@avisa.care
