Relationship Manager / Business Development ManagerCX Horizon – Philippines / Remote / HybridRole PurposeThe Relationship Manager represents CX Horizon in all business development, client engagement, and partner relationship activities. The candidate is expected to embody CX Horizon’s mission, values, and commitment to ethical business practices. Performance in this role directly contributes to CX Horizon’s brand, market reputation, and commercial success.Core Expectations 1. The candidate’s performance is considered an extension of CX Horizon’s operational and public image and must consistently reflect professionalism, integrity, and corporate responsibility. 3. The candidate shall observe CX Horizon’s standards of business ethics, confidentiality, compliance, and corporate social responsibility at all times.Reporting Line & Designation • The candidate will operate under the coordination and direction of the CEO. • For internal purposes and clarity of scope, the candidate is designated as a Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager.Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, nurturing, and expanding client and partner relationships that support CX Horizon’s growth. Duties include, but are not limited to:Business Growth & Sales Development • Create new business opportunities and generate revenue for CX Horizon. • Develop business development strategies to engage high-value clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), channel partners, and international agents. • Improve CX Horizon’s market position and achieve financial growth while maximizing revenue across designated markets. • Identify new clients and agents, build strong pipelines, negotiate agreements, and close business deals.Relationship Management • Build, manage, and retain long-term relationships with direct clients, partners, and agents. • Maintain regular communication, ensure exceptional service quality, and strengthen brand trust with existing and prospective stakeholders. • Understand client needs deeply and match them with suitable CX Horizon solutions and service lines.Market & Program Knowledge • Stay fully informed about market conditions, industry trends, competitive changes, and updates relevant to CX Horizon’s service portfolio. • Maintain updated knowledge of all programs, service lines, compliance requirements, and operational processes, including changes, amendments, and enhancements.Internal Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support • Collaborate with all departments, especially Marketing, Events, Operations, and Senior Leadership, to identify growth opportunities, campaigns, and creative initiatives. • Use CX Horizon’s CRM, business software, and documentation systems in line with company processes. • Work closely with the Processing and Program Teams to ensure efficient service delivery and clear communication channels between clients, consultants, and internal teams. • Join regular internal meetings to review processing updates, client cases, and business pipeline performance.Industry Engagement • Attend industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, and client meetings as required. • Provide insight and updates on market shifts, competitor activities, and broader industry developments.Other Duties • Perform any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by CX Horizon, aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.Performance Targets & KPIs • The candidate acknowledges that specific business development targets will be assigned, including (but not limited to): • Signing new Client Agreements • Activating new partnerships and channels • Achieving revenue and conversion milestones • All targets will be communicated in writing at the time of signing or at the start of the performance cycle.
