DescriptionThe Role As a Junior Business Intelligence and Reporting Support within the GDC Global Benefits Management (GBM) team, you will contribute as part of a team involved in several activities to support global and regional coordination of benefits for our global and regional clients while maintaining their benefits databases.The ideal candidate has strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, effective collaboration and problem solving skills, ability to organize and derive meaningful insights from data, very proactive and adaptable, collaborative and team player.Preferably, candidates have a background on basic financial knowledge and work effectively on revenue-related data.The Candidate Will Have The Opportunity ToEnhance the technical knowledge on GBM financial reportsAdvance understanding of GBM business intelligence methodologiesEnhance data, process, people and stakeholder management skillsProvide valuable insights on data model for GBM clientsLeverage existing knowledge and skills for continuous improvementKey ActivitiesExecute updates and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data models for GBM clients.Prepare H&B shared revenues report for GBM clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, for senior review.Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to support reporting and analytics.Implement updates to existing dashboards and reports under guidance from senior team members.Assist in gathering data requirements from IGS, GBM Operations, and H&B stakeholders. Translate these requirements into actionable tasks (data extraction, report updates, dashboard changes).Perform regular data quality checks on GBM policy and operational data; document and escalate discrepancies.Support deployment and testing of new technology platforms, systems, or applications, performing hands-on tasks to ensure smooth rollout.Troubleshoot basic reporting and data issues; escalate complex cases to the appropriate group.Execute updates to claims dashboards and governance reporting, assisting with data collection, validation, and visualization.Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all scheduled reports and dashboards.Follow standard procedures to update, extract, and store GBM sales and operational data.Assist in preparing materials and instructions for training or adoption of BI tools for operations teams.Provide feedback on process inefficiencies or potential improvements to senior team members.QualificationsThe Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on business or equivalent in a relevant discipline.3+ years of significant work experience in a business intelligence/reports and analytics role, previous employee benefits or insurance experience on a shared services operation is a plusCommunicator; displays strong oral, written and presentation skills in EnglishProficiency in English required, proficiency in one additional language preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI), including developing data models, writing DAX measures, and Power Query scriptsStrong skills on data storytelling and translating insights for non-technical audiencesMethodical and structured approach, especially with problem solving and, analytical thinkingEffective skills on automation, data quality, and scalabilityBasic financial knowledge and ability to work effectively with revenue-related dataStrong client service orientationCollaboration with global and regional teams, including taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery of own work and involving other team members when appropriateContinuous improvement mindset - Increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each outcome or service repetitionWorking within tight deadlines; balancing time across multiple simultaneous projects that may involve different proceduresWTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer
