You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with partners.Key responsibilities of the role include:Job Description:• Build and develop detailed business plan, identify key partners, accounts (system integrators, distributors) and end users who will ensure success;• Represent Dahua in key initiatives and develop relationship with influencers;• Owner of customer/market research and standardization initiatives;• Define project tasks and resource requirements• Lead the planning and implementation of project;• Educate their accounts and end users in Dahua solutions;• Identify initiatives to the correct partners;• Prioritize target accounts and opportunities to ensure Dahua is seen as preferred vendor for those partners;• Plan key industry association and lobbying activities;• Anchor and update the business plan with country manager by quarter per year;• Coordinate with country manager to develop and track objectives and KPIs;• Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients;• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;Desired Skills and Experience• Bachelor degree or above;• Experience in sales/business development for at least 5 years;• Experience in sales/business development in security industry;• High level of integrity;• Processes- and results-oriented• Strong project management skills• Ability to communicate with all people (executives, distributors, system integrators etc.)• Strategic ability;• High computer skills and high planning skills• Excellent written and verbal English.Join us and You will get:• Competitive Wage Package;• Monthly income = basic salary + annual bonus based on the results;• Friendly Work Environment;• Personnel Ability Improvement;• Fantastic working environment.
