Job Designation : Business Development Manager -Digital & Creative Services Location: Remote role based in UAEHybrid/remote options may be consideredTravel within the GCC as neededSalary : Up to AED 12K plus performance bonuses Job OverviewWe are hiring for one of our clients, a dynamic marketing services agency operating in the Middle East, seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong track record of growing businesses in the GCC and KSA. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to expand their client base in the region. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across digital and creative services e.g. Influencer marketing, social media management, events, in-store and on ground activationsBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives, marketing directors, product owners, and other decision-makers. Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing dynamics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy etc.) to craft compelling proposals and solutions tailored to client needs. Lead and participate in client presentations, pitches, and RFP responses; deliver value-driven proposals with clear ROI. Develop annual revenue targets and track progress through regular reporting. Negotiates contracts, terms, and pricing, ensuring favorable outcomes while maintaining client satisfaction. Build strategic partnerships and networks, including agencies, technology providers, and potential alliances. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, GCC and KSA market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and cultural nuances. Qualifications & Experience 4–7+ years of business development, sales, or partnerships experience within digital and creative agencies or related sectors (e.g., digital marketing, branding, content creation). Demonstrated success growing business in the region with measurable outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, client acquisition). Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and managing long sales cycles. Markets & Language Deep familiarity with GCC and KSA markets; understanding of local client pain points, procurement processes, and decision-making hierarchies. Preferably bilingual in Arabic and English; fluency in both languages is highly desirable for client interactions, proposals, and negotiations. Skills & Competencies Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate and qualify leads, plus account development capability. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business challenges into creative and technological solutions. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and data-driven pipeline management. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus but not required.
