Role Summary:We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within the exhibitions and events vertical.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a dynamic professional who combines commercial acumen, leadership, and creativity to position the company as a preferred partner in the exhibitions and experiential marketing industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the company’s exhibitions and events portfolio.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, government entities, and event agencies.Generate and manage a qualified pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and strategic outreach.Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations, proposals, and quotations in collaboration with internal design, production, and finance teams.Lead negotiations and contract finalizations to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility and positioning.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools and dashboards.Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing industry.Strong network and relationships with clients, agencies, and government entities in the UAE and GCC region.Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.Strong commercial and financial understanding of project costing, proposals, and P&L management.Highly self-motivated, proactive, and strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales tracking software.A collaborative leader and team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Important note:Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
