Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager – BPOLocation: Flexible Work Arrangement (Philippines/Sri Lanka/India/Other locations) Role OverviewFBC Asia Pacific Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive recurring revenue growth within the BPO / outsourcing industry. This role owns the full business development lifecycle—from outbound lead generation and pipeline development to proposal management, deal closure, and account expansion. The position works closely with internal sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to execute structured sales initiatives, convert opportunities across international markets, and build long-term offshore service partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end business development activities for BPO / outsourcing services, including outbound lead generation, pipeline development, proposal management, deal closure, and account expansionExecute structured outbound sales and campaign initiatives across LinkedIn, EDMs, and social channels to generate qualified leads and discovery callsEngage and influence key decision-makers, including business owners, directors, and operations leaders, across target industriesCollaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver tailored BPO solutions and ensure smooth client handover.Track performance and revenue outcomes by preparing proposals, improving sales collateral, and delivering weekly pipeline and activity reports to managementRequired Experience & Skills6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role3–5+ years of proven experience selling BPO / outsourcing servicesDemonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals independentlyHas an established professional network that can be readily leveraged for business developmentStrong expertise in lead generation and pipeline developmentSolid experience and understanding of marketing activities that support and enhance lead generation effortsExperience working with international clients (US, AU, UK, APAC, etc.)Experience in using Mailchimp and similar marketing tools to support campaign execution and lead generationStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsPersistent, resilient, and goal-oriented mindsetAbility to work autonomously and deliver results in a flexible, remote setupIndustry Experience (Advantage)Experience working with the following industries is highly advantageous:BPO IndustryTrade & Field ServicesMulti-retail and franchise businessesReal estate and property servicesE-commerce and online businessesOther industries relevant to a BPO operating environmentInterested in applying?We’d love to hear from you — send your CV to recruitment@fbcapac.com
