Job Description

The Trust Product Manager handles the overall business model and product lifecycle of specific Asset and Wealth Management products as assigned to analyze product profitability and attractiveness, and viability of product featuresCore ResponsibilitiesDefines requirements and develops business case for the development of new products, enhancement/repackaging of existing products,and product rationalizationIdentifies the different dimensions of product marketing (except promotion)Leads cross-functional teams in executing product objective/s, ensuring alignment with key stakeholdersEnsures product/business competitiveness through review of product performance, analysis of internal/external competition, and analysis of industry dataEnsures compliance with policies and regulationsParticipates in industry discussions and policy making affecting products through the Trust Officers Association of the Philippines (TOAP), Philippine Investment Funds Association (PIFA) or similar organizations/avenuesFollows through on resolution of product problems & issuesInitiates/Participates in special projects affecting Asset and Wealth Management products as assignedQualificationsGraduate of 4-year course, preferably Business relatedWith prior experience in product development/product management work or trust/investmentsPreferably have passed the One Year Course on Trust Operations and Investment Management conducted by the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines (TIFP)Certified UITF Sales Personnel (as accredited by TIFP) or Certified Investment Solicitor (as licensed by the SEC)Taken any financial planning and marketing course/training
