Role Description About the job Site Acquisition Assistant ManagerThe Site Acquisition Asst. Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with customers and partners particularly in securing site acquisitions for South Luzon area. The role involves research and market analysis to identify new business opportunities, as well as negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales quotas.Develop and deliver pitches for potential sites.Helped develop and implement growth strategies and opportunities.Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team.Consistently secure and recommend new market opportunities and profitable sites.Prepare the business development budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure were on track to hit targets.Analyze current and past financial data, such as financial reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in business development, sales, site acquisition or related fieldExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client & contractor relationshipsExperience in market analysis and researchDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotasStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience in the retail industry is a plus
