Business Development Manager – Freight & Logistics

Digitiz& is supporting one of its clients in Oman to hire for this position.Digitiz& is assisting a client in recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth, build long-term customer relationships, and lead business development activities within the logistics sector.Education and CertificationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)Knowledge, Skills, and Experience NeededMinimum of five years of experience in business development or salesProven track record in securing large business contractsAbility to review RFQs, contracts, and prepare proposalsStrong understanding of customer needs and ability to propose relevant solutionsExperience customizing product or service offerings to increase satisfactionAbility to build and maintain long-term trusted client relationshipsProactive in identifying new business opportunities in the local marketStrong analytical capability to review financial and operational dataSolid knowledge of Oman market dynamics; land freight or logistics background is desirableProficiency in MS Office (Excel)Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skillsWarehousing experience is an advantage
