Job Title: Business Development Manager / Immigration AdvisorIndustry: Airlines & Aviation (B2B Only) Location: Karachi Salary: PKR 150,000 – 300,000 Employment Type: Full-Time Role SummaryWe are hiring a Business Development Manager / Immigration Advisor with solid experience in the aviation industry and B2B sales. The role focuses on building corporate partnerships, driving revenue growth, and advising clients on immigration and visa processes for aviation and airline operations. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage B2B partnerships with airlines, aviation firms, travel agencies, and corporate clients.Lead the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → deal closure.Provide expert immigration advisory for crew visas, work permits, and travel documentation.Ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term account management.Prepare proposals, presentations, and market research reports for business expansion. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, International Relations, or a related field.3–6 years of B2B Business Development experience in aviation or immigration services.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Hands-on experience with aviation visa procedures and global travel regulations.Ability to manage high-value corporate accounts and develop long-term partnerships.
