Base Location: Shenzhen, China (Frequent business trips to target overseas markets required)Job ObjectiveWe are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the expansion into target overseas markets. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, promoting the company's industrial solid waste recycling and reprocessing solutions, and achieving sustained sales growth internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Strategy & PlanningConduct in-depth research and analysis on the industrial solid waste market dynamics, policies & regulations, competitive landscape, and potential clients in assigned overseas regions (e.g., Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East). Formulate and implement annual business development plans and sales targets for the responsible regions.Client Development & Relationship ManagementIdentify potential overseas clients through multi-channel online and offline approaches, and build a client resource database, including but not limited to manufacturing enterprises generating specific industrial solid waste (e.g., metal processing, electronics, chemical, automotive industries). Establish, maintain, and deepen long-term strategic cooperative relationships with key clients.Sales & Negotiation1.Take full responsibility for the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract signing, including technical solution communication, quoting, commercial negotiation, and confirmation of contract terms.2. Achieve individual and team sales targets.Cross-Departmental Collaboration1.Collaborate closely with internal marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of overseas projects, and provide customers with excellent service experience.2.Feedback overseas market demands and competitive information to the company, providing decision support for product optimization and new solution development.Brand PromotionRepresent the company at international industry exhibitions and technical seminars to enhance the company’s brand awareness and influence in the global market.RequirementsEssential Qualifications1.Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.2.Minimum 3 years of successful overseas business development or sales experience, with bidding and tendering experience in large and medium-sized enterprises. Background in industrial raw materials, renewable resources, or environmental protection industry is preferred.3.Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for technical and commercial communication.4.Outstanding commercial negotiation skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills, with keen market insight.5.Able to adapt to frequent overseas business trips, and possess strong pressure resistance and self-drive.Preferred Qualifications1.Possess a mature network of overseas client resources, especially in the designated target regions.2.Familiar with the international trade processes, relevant standards, and regulations of industrial solid waste (e.g., waste metals, waste plastics).3.Experience working in a cross-cultural environment, able to quickly adapt to business practices in different countries.Company OverviewOur Client is a fast-growing enterprise specializing in solid waste resource utilization, offering professional recycling and reprocessing solutions globally.
