Social Media Business StrategistWe’re looking for a Social Media Business Strategist who can lead our social presence (IG & TikTok), drive traffic, and turn content into business growth. You’ll build strategy, manage execution, and work closely with our Sales & Creative teams.What You'll Do:Content Plan & ExecutionDevelop monthly strategy & weekly content plan.Create content direction, concepts, and storytelling.Review content plans & manage posting schedules.Approve all content before publishing (copywriting, visual, hooks, etc).Ensure content aligns with brand voice & business goals.Social Media Growth & TrafficResearch trends & optimize content performance.Optimize content based on performance data (reach, ER, CTR, retention).Drive traffic to website & marketplace with strong CTAs & content funnel.Explore new formats (UGC, educational, product stories, etc).Campaign StrategyExecute monthly campaigns (promo, bundling, launches).Plan and lead social media campaign timelines & assets.Align campaign concept & timelines with Creative Team.Team Leadership & CoordinationLead Social Media Specialist on content execution.Coordinate with Creative Team for asset requests, drafts, and revisions.Reporting & OptimizationMonitor daily performance across all social media.Compile weekly summaries, content insights, and recommendations.Deliver monthly KPI reports with clear action plans.Improve strategies based on data to improve performance.What We’re Looking For2–4 years experience in social media / digital marketing (retail, beauty, or lifestyle preferred).Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok growth mechanics.Able to create strategy + hands-on execution.Skilled in content direction, storytelling, and basic creative judgment.Strong analytical mindset: understand insights, ER, CTR, audience behavior.Experience in leading or guiding a small team is a plus.Fast, adaptive, organized, and detail-oriented.📍 Location: Gresik (Near Citraland, Surabaya Area)💼 Employment Type: Full-time
