This is about building robust lead gen. systems, partnerships, understanding the numbers that matter, and executing strategies across multiple channels.Monthly Salary Package: Rs. 80K - Rs. 150K / monthThis is a hands-on, full-time, on-site role in Lahore. You won't just be managing; you'll be actively executing our growth strategies.Secure New Business, New Partnerships, Collaborations: Your main goal is to find and secure new opportunities & partnerships, especially in the US market.You'll use creative ways to get our name out there, such as: Booking our founders on popular podcasts, Organizing exclusive online and in-person events, Setting up deals for advertising/collaborations with influencers and third-party platforms, Managing press releases & media relations.Grow and Manage Relationships: You'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth (close deals).You'll work closely with internal teams to make sure the projects are on time and progressing in the right direction = towards our objectives.In short: We need a proactive, creative go-getter to find, close, and execute deals that grow our business.Who This Role Is NOT ForPure brand marketers who don't care about performance.People who need everything figured out before starting.Marketers who think their job ends at the creative brief.Anyone looking for stable 9-5 boundaries.People who cant handle fast-moving priorities.Individuals who are reluctant to make decisions and rely on seniors to initiate opportunities.People who always need someone to tell them what to do.People who run to seniors the first thing they encounter a problem.
