Client Acquisition Manager – Remote (UK Time Zone)Leads Monky helps SaaS companies, digital agencies, and B2B service providers connect with decision-makers through targeted cold email and LinkedIn outreach. We focus on starting real conversations that lead to strong sales opportunities.We’re hiring a Business Development Manager who can turn warm leads into closed deals. You’ll work directly with the CEO and handle a steady flow of qualified prospects. If you know how to build trust, understand client needs, and guide conversations to a clear “yes,” this role is for you.What You’ll DoTake qualified leads and move them through the sales cycle.Hold discovery calls, handle objections, and close deals.Build and manage relationships with prospects and clients.Prepare proposals and negotiate terms when needed.Keep the CRM clean and updatedWork in the UK time zone and stay aligned with the CEO on priorities.What You Should BringExperience in B2B sales and closing deals.Strong communication and listening skills.A clear understanding of outbound lead generation.Comfort with tools like Sales Navigator, Instantly, GHL, and Apollo.Ability to stay organized and manage follow-ups.Mid-level experience with a solid track record.CompensationPKR 35,000 per month (fixed)10% commission on each closed dealAverage deal value: $3,000–$5,000 (strong earning potential)Send your application: info@leadsmonky.com
