You will be instrumental in establishing the company's presence in the construction and contracting market, building a strong client pipeline, and driving sustainable revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research and identify high-value business opportunitiesDevelop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectivesProspecting, qualifying, and pursuing new client relationshipsPrepare compelling proposals, pitches, and business presentationsNegotiate contracts and close significant dealsBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholdersManage client lifecycle from initial contact through contract executionMeet and exceed revenue targets and KPIsCollaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure successful project deliveryMonitor market trends and competitive landscapeRequired Qualifications:Experience:Minimum 5-7 years of business development experience in construction, contracting, or engineering sectorsProven track record of success in GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Oman, Qatar)Experience managing large-value contracts and complex B2B sales cyclesDemonstrated success building client networks and closing significant deals
