Job Description

The Business Development / Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business leads, driving sales growth for charcoal products (including BBQ, shisha, and eco-fuel), and managing relationships with clients across the UAE on a commission-based structure. The candidate should be proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve revenue targets.​Commission Structure: The standard commission is 5–10% of the value on each full container order. For sales placed by weight (Kg). Commission on Kg orders may vary depending on deal size, client type, and sales volume, ensuring clarity and incentive alignment.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities for charcoal products by leveraging market research, prospecting, and networking.​Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners, understanding their needs to provide tailored product solutions.​Present and demonstrate charcoal product benefits to potential customers, including eco-friendliness and natural sourcing.​Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass targets.​Handle negotiation and closing of deals, including commercial terms, pricing, and order agreements.​Maintain accurate records of sales activities, preparing regular reports and forecasts for management.​Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery of services.​Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.​Attend trade shows, industry events, and represent the company to increase brand visibility and network with potential buyers.​Qualifications:Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in FMCG, commodities, or related sectors; experience with commission-based roles is desirable.​Familiarity with the UAE market, especially in industrial, retail, or hospitality sectors.​Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.​Strong self-motivation with a target-driven and result-oriented mindset.​Ability to work independently and manage own sales pipeline.Valid UAE driving license is a plus.​Proficiency in English; Arabic or other relevant languages an advantage.Compensations:Commission-based remuneration with opportunity for attractive bonuses based on performance and sales targets achieved.​Flexible work schedule and potential for remote/hybrid arrangements.
