Role SummaryThe Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth through partners, and ensuring operational efficiency in partner-driven business. This role will focus on increasing partner-driven volumes enhancing partner performance. ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize relationships with PSPs, Payment Facilitators, enterprise clients, and merchants to drive consistent transaction volume growth. Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners, ensuring revenue targets and performance KPIs are met. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to analyze growth trends, transaction data, and revenue opportunities, identifying areas for improvement. Increase partner-driven revenue and transaction volumes by implementing targeted engagement strategies and cross-selling POS, QR, VIBANs, and lending solutions. Ensure seamless partner onboarding, integration, and operational support while maintaining high service-level agreements (SLAs). Monitor partner performance metrics, implement data-driven strategies, and optimize workflows to enhance partner success rates and reduce inefficiencies. Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and industry standards, reducing operational risks and settlement discrepancies. Work closely with internal teams (Tech, Product, Compliance, Marketing) to improve partner support, enhance payment acceptance, and resolve operational challenges. Represent Botim Money in business reviews, industry events, and fintech conferences to strengthen partnerships and expand market reach. Requirements5+ years of experience in partner management, fintech operations, or payment solutions (preferably in MENA). Proven experience in driving revenue growth through partnership models. Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, PSP partnerships, digital payments, and financial services. Experience in managing large-scale partner portfolios, conducting business reviews, and implementing performance-driven strategies. Knowledge of POS, ecommerce, QR, VIBANs, and alternative payment solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and optimize key performance metrics. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment, balancing multiple partner relationships and revenue objectives
