Job Title: Business Development Manager - South KoreaLocation: South Korea (Remote, Travelling)Industry: AutomotiveExperience: +7 Years in Automotive SalesJob Summary:The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives for sensor, valve, and actuator product lines, focusing on OEM and Tier-1 clients in Korea. This role involves strategic sales execution, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business expansion and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Drive business development activities targeting OEM and Tier-1 accounts in Korea.Manage full-cycle commercial processes including RFQs, quotations, contracts, and order fulfillment.Conduct market analysis and develop strategies to secure projects at competitive pricing.Collaborate with internal teams and provide on-site engineering support for product integration.Report sales metrics and ensure compliance with trade laws and company policies.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.Native Korean speaker with strong English communication skills.Minimum 7 years of experience in account management or business development in the Korean automotive industry.Strong network with local Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs; knowledge of sensors, valves, switches, and actuators preferred.Familiarity with IATF16949, APQP, SPC, and experience in multinational companies is a plus.이 역할은 글로벌 Tier-1 기업의 APAC 전략 확장 초기 멤버로 합류할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다.
