Meet the TeamThe Strategy Planning & Operations (SPO) team is responsible for business intelligence, growth identification, market and sales strategy, planning, field enablement and sales operations. We drive initiatives from conception to execution, cultivate alignment across theaters, segments and functions, seeking excellence and consistency in management practices with the ultimate goal of accelerating Cisco's growth.Your ImpactAs a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic business benefits, achieving strategic objectives, and enabling sales success. You will plan, execute and coordinate business operations, providing essential sales planning and operations support, and offering sales process advisory services to boost sales productivity and growth. This involves running and executing business planning and operational activities, policies, and processes through operational subject matter expertise, improved communication, dedicated support, and valuable cross-functional partnerships.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport and drive strategic initiatives with actions and critical metric tracking.Improve processes and operations to support change management initiatives.Drive operational excellence in funnel management, forecasting, SFDC adoption by fully leveraging AI tools.Support and drive sales enablement programs and trainings.Drive New Year Readiness planning with close interlocks with regional teams, Sales team and cross-functional teams in segmentation, goaling, compensation, KSO's, systems and tools.Align operations with Cisco's overall strategic priorities, providing feedback to sales leadership team.Minimum QualificationsAt least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in IT sales and/or sales operations.Experience with using data driven approach to analyze business performance and identify root causes of problems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with high efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent English (written and verbal).Preferred QualificationsGood communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and present strong data-driven insights.Ability to see beyond the obvious by finding the patterns from data.Experience supporting projects, including driving data-based analysis, supporting change management and adoption, and identifying process and systems improvements.Usage of AI tools and platforms.Why Cisco?At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.
