Our mission is to discover and empower talented traders worldwide by offering transparent, efficient, and high-reward opportunities in Web3 trading.About the JobWe are seeking a Business Development Specialist focused on user acquisition in the Korean market—a driven professional with a proven ability to recruit top traders, grow trading volume, and leverage KOL and community networks to expand market presence. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about crypto and motivated by measurable growth and tangible results.ResponsibilitiesAcquire and onboard traders through your network of KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and Web3 projects.Build and maintain partnerships with opinion leaders, community managers, and trading educators to drive consistent trader growth and engagement.Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns tailored to your region; track performance metrics to maximize sign-ups, retention, and trading activity.Act as the local ambassador for CoinW Prop Trading (CPT), providing insights on user behavior, regional trends, and competitive dynamics to shape the global strategy.Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to ensure seamless onboarding, engagement, and retention of traders.Identify new opportunities and growth channels to expand the trader base continuously.RequirementsProven experience in user acquisition, business development, or growth in crypto, Web3, trading, or fintech.Demonstrated success in recruiting high-quality traders or community members and driving measurable trading volume.Strong local network of active traders, KOLs, and investment communities.Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented; capable of delivering measurable outcomes independently.Familiarity with CEX/DEX operations, trading behavior, and proprietary trading models.Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, ideally Korean.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and collaborating across time zones.Bonus If You HaveExisting relationships with trading academies, crypto KOLs, or investment communities (Korea region preferred).Experience running performance-driven acquisition campaigns for crypto or Web3 projects.Knowledge of incentive programs and referral systems to drive user growth.Ability to create or localize educational or promotional content for trader communities.Why Join UsCompetitive, performance-based compensation that grows with your results.
