Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in Romford with the option for some remote work, is for a Business Development Manager at PGS FM Ltd. The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing tailored service proposals. Core tasks include market research, creating and executing sales strategies, attending client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and objectives are achieved. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Analytical skills for market research, data interpretation, and strategy development.Organizational skills, including project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Familiarity with facilities management, security services, or commercial cleaning industries is advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms for managing client information and reporting.Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing time between in-office in Romford and remote work.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
