The role will report to our Marketing Manager and work closely with our Paid Media Lead to ensure campaigns are performing effectively.Role and Responsibilities:Assist in creating and managing Google Ads and Amazon Advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and deliver agreed KPIs.Monitor campaign performance, making optimisations to keywords, ad copy, and bids.Monitor spend and flag any variances against budget or opportunities for bid-optimisation.Help gather insights and contribute ideas for campaign improvements and prepare reports on campaign performance.Work closely with the wider Marketing team to align PPC activity with SEO, social, and email campaigns.Keep up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements:2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC management, preferably, in a D2C setting.Familiarity with Google Ads, Amazon Advertising (AMS) or any other PPC platform.Understanding of SEO and experience implementing content updates to improve rankings.Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsGood communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindsetGoogle Ads certification, Amazon Ads certification or PPC agency background is a plusBenefits:Competitive SalaryIndustry leading Profit Share scheme – UncappedContributory pension up to 6%Death in Service25 days holidayStaff DiscountLocation:Hybrid / Office Based.
