Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Morecambe for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through lead generation, building and nurturing strong client relationships, conducting market research to identify growth areas, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions, contributing to company growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunitiesEffective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teamsExperience in lead generation and market researchProven ability to provide excellent customer serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency with CRM tools and other business development software is a plusPrior experience in steel or related industries is advantageous but not essential as on the job sales training is given.
