PointsharpThis role is responsible for building strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges, while identifying opportunities to expand adoption of Cyber Security IAM solutions. Success in the position is measured by generate new business and then within client base to grow them, but also by client retention, and growth through proactive account management and the ability to upsell or cross-sell additional offerings.What does this role entail? Understand client business objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for expanding our Cyber Security IAM Solutions within the client collaboration with internal teams to ensure clients receive tailored, high-quality solutions that exceed expectations.
