Established Search is supporting the European growth of a well-established medical device company focused on structural heart disease.The company has developed and commercialized a portfolio of transcatheter devices, including a tricuspid valve currently in US clinical trials. With a strong global presence and continued growth, we're looking to add a Head of Sales to the team in Germany.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead and expand commercial activities in the German market. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the sales strategy for GermanyManage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors to optimize performance and market coverageAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to shape commercial strategyCollaborate closely with European sales teams, marketing, and product teams to align market initiativesPrepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reportsEstablish the framework for a future direct sales presence in GermanyQualificationsSeveral years of experience in sales, business development, or channel managementExperience with transcatheter valve technologies Proven success in managing distributor networks and growing market shareStrong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsFluent in German and EnglishTo be considered, please apply directly or email adam.love@established-search.com with your resume and a short note.Please note; I anticipate a high volume of applicants and I'm simply unable to respond to all.
