LONGi Solar is one of the world’s largest solar technology companies, ranking first in global module shipments since 2020.With more than 60,000 employees, 30+ locations and 30 manufacturing sites globally, LONGi has broken the photovoltaic (PV) cell conversion efficiency record 16 times in a row since 2021.LONGi is the first Chinese solar manufacturer to join the three distinguished climate initiatives RE100, EP100 and EV100.Responsibilities:Engage with prospective clients regularly to comprehensively understand their needs, both in terms of technical specifications and financial considerationsGather and disseminate market intelligence from the field to inform and refine EPC sales strategiesMaintain accurate account forecasts, ensuring the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other relevant databases are up to dateCollaborate with the strategic account leadership team to devise and execute strategies aimed at positioning LONGi's products and brand as premier offerings within the residential sectorPlan, coordinate, and actively participate in client events, addressing specific customer requests, and facilitating activities that reinforce and cultivate strong client relationships. This may involve on-site visits to assess installations alongside clientsCapitalize on the unique features and strengths of our products and services to meet customer needs and foster enduring partnershipsInnovate and propose creative solutions tailored to residential clients, ensuring their evolving requirements are met while nurturing long-term associationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher qualificationDemonstrated proficiency in managing intricate contractual negotiations involving various stakeholders, preferably within the PV module or renewable energy sectorProven experience in value-based selling and crafting comprehensive account development strategiesExceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and individualsStrong verbal and written communication abilities in both German and English
