Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Doncaster. The Business Development Manager will oversee identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include executing sales strategies, conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving business targets effectively. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiations skills with experience in creating and executing effective business development strategies and building client relationshipsProficiency in market research and data analysis to identify and capitalize on growth opportunitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and achieve set goalsRelevant experience in the logistics or transportation industry is essential
