Job descriptionCollaborate with other departments within the company, acting as the primary point of contact for preparing reports analyzing investment products, investment initiatives, and the benefits these products and initiatives bring to investors and capital recipients;Analyze the market, select target customer segments, analyze the needs and behavior of target customers, and recommend products that better meet the expectations of target customers than existing products;Identify potential investment opportunities;Develop and maintain effective product distribution channels;Develop and maintain a CRM system, including information on potential partners and deals;Develop tools and materials to support business development, including but not limited to the company website, company profile, product documents, distributor guides, investor guides, and case studies of investment deals;Prepare reports and organize professional meetings on investment opportunities and potential fundraising opportunities;Support the CEO, the Fund’s Executive Board, and division/department directors in presenting, negotiating, and persuading investors and target companies;Actively participate in seminars, build a network of relationships with associations, large enterprises, and experts; build a reputable and professional image for the Company;Coordinate closely with other departments in the Company to achieve common business goals;Implement and manage the CRM system, marketing/business development materials, analytical reports, and investment reports for clients systematically, strictly adhering to Company regulations;Perform other tasks as required by the CEO, the Fund’s Executive Board, and division/department directors.Job requirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Corporate Finance;At least 5 years of experience in fund management, insurance, finance, or investment;Candidates with CFA certification or fund management certification are preferred;Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, fluent in English;Honest, perceptive, and able to work under high pressure;Proficient in using necessary software for the job.
