🚀 We’re hiring a Business Development Manager @ Refulfil📍 Sydney, AU (Hybrid, 3 days in office)We’re Refulfil - a commerce agency building the magic powering the fastest-growing consumer goods rental merchants on the planet. Think: dynamic ecommerce marketplaces, smart consumer-facing rental tech, and specialised warehouse management systems.Now we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our outbound sales. You’ll find and connect with potential clients, reach out through email and phone, run discovery calls, and work closely with the Founder to structure and close deals. You’ll also build and maintain a scalable GTM system that keeps our pipeline full and our CRM humming.You'll thrive with us if:You’ve built or operated a modern outbound GTM stack (Clay, Apollo, Attio, LinkedIn automation, etc.)You’re comfortable engineering campaigns, not just sending themYou understand the e-commerce and SaaS agency space — and can talk shop with founders, growth teams, and CMOsYou’re analytical, relentless, and love running experiments to find what worksYou think in systems, optimise funnels, and never stop iteratingBonus: Experience selling digital agency retainers or tech-enabled servicesYears of experience?
